Only short soakings are necessary after you initially soak your Cool Tie. The polymer crystals inside the Cool Tie will absorb the water and keep you cool for days before having to soak again. All Cool Ties™ come in a "to go" zip lock soaking bag. Cool Tie is made out of high quality, cotton fabric suitable for 2-3 years of normal wear. Crystals* will dry to their natural state. You may refrigerate your Cool Tie but never put in freezer. 

After of hard day of work or play soothe your aching muscles by putting your Cool Tie in the microwave fro 30-45 seconds for a terrific heat pack.
