Only short soakings are necessary after you initially soak the Doggie Cool Tie. The fabric will remain dry to the touch. Your best friend will appreciate the stylish bandana and will wear it proudly knowing his or her owner is providing relief from the heat. Don't worry about the polymer crystals*. They are 100% non-toxic to pets and humans. 

When your pup is not using his/her Cool Tie place it over a towel bar to dry. The polymer crystals will dry to their natural state. You may refrigerate your Doggie Cool Tie but never put it into the freezer.
